For dehydrated garlic flakes,we have two grades,first is without root,please see below.we called first grade garlic flakes or first dehydrated garlic flakes or first dried garlic flakes or Grade A garlic flakes..we also can use this garlic flakes to make super grade garlic granule and powder.


Another grade dehydrated garlic flakes/dried garlic flakes is garlic flakes with root,also called second grade garlic flakes or B grade garlic flakes.
This grade dehydrated garlic flakes we also packed in carton and export directly.and we also use this grade to make garlic granule and powder.
