Nothing added to our dried garlic flakes-- just dehydrated garlic. It is Great for spaghetti, stews, soups, and pasta dishes. These are also called Garlic Chips. Garlic chips should be soaked in water briefly before usaging.

During dehydration,all the fresh garlic also need to soaked in Naclo with 200ppm consentration for about 7-8 minutes.and after soaked,will be washed in fresh water two time,so,also do not worry about naclo exist in garlic flakes.
