This year,we buy a new color selection machine used in dehydrated garlic flakes producing.
After cut fresh garlic roots by hand,remove skin by machine,washed fresh garlic,and then through new color selection machine.

proeuce,fresh garlic with garlic skin will go second chanel to removed skin again.

In this way,can guarantee our garlic flakes have dark spot less and less,so update the top quality of garlic flakes better and better.
After producing dehydrated garlic flakes in summer,this new color selection machine will used in select garlic granule,expecially select minced garlic,chopped garlic,ground garlic.So our garlic granule quality also will be better and better afer using this machine.
